When people make an enquiry through our website we will aim to respond within 72 hours. Once we have dealt with your enquiry we will delete you from our system within 30 days, unless you have asked for us to keep your information.

We will only ever process personal identifiable data in a very limited set of circumstances on behalf of and at the request of clients to deliver our services.

When we work with you we will securely retain your information on our database. We will not share your information with any other organisation. If we cease working together we will retain your information on our database for five years after our last contract, in line with our retention, review and deletion policy.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes. We will, work to ensure all data is kept accurate and, where necessary, up to date.
We will only keep data that identifies individuals for as long as necessary. We will de-personalise it as soon as possible and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed, in line with our retention, review and deletion policy.
